Shipping and delivery policy

Delivery area

We deliver to Bengaluru pincodes starting with 560. Provide a complete delivery address, pincode and a reachable contact number.

Free delivery

Home delivery is free on orders above ₹600. For orders of ₹600 or less, choose free store pickup. There is no 24-hour delivery guarantee; our team calls you to confirm the delivery time.

Payment

No online payment. Home delivery: pay by cash or UPI on delivery during prelaunch. Store pickup: pay at the store when you collect.

Store pickup

Free pickup at Store 1, Store 2 or Store 3, with no minimum order. Choose your store, date and time slot at checkout. Track your order in My Orders, and collect it once it is confirmed.

Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because you are unavailable or the supplied address is incorrect, we make one re-attempt. If that also fails, the order is cancelled, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Cancellation and support

Cancellation is free before dispatch. After dispatch, or if you need help with delivery, contact support immediately on WhatsApp with your order reference.
